I am currently a Post-Doc at Earth Intelligence Lab, MIT, working with Prof. Sherrie Wang.
Previously, I was a Post-Doc at Remote Sensing Technology Institute, German Aerospace Center (DLR) and Chair of Data Science in Earth Observation, Technical University of Munich (TUM), working with Prof. Xiao Xiang Zhu. I obtained my Ph.D. degree at State Key Laboratory of Information Engineering in Surveying, Mapping and Remote Sensing (LIESMARS), Wuhan University, supervised by Prof. Gui-Song Xia and Prof. Liangpei Zhang.
The primary focus of my research is large-scale land cover mapping in detailed categories and at high resolution. My goal is to explore insightful approaches to promote "data minimization" in addressing this challenging problem. Therefore, I am particularly interested in unsuervised domain adaptation, semi-supervised learning, weakly supervised semantic segmentation, etc.
